Dozy Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing, or using Dozy, you state that you have read and accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the app.

2. What Dozy offers

Dozy calculates approximate times based on sleep cycles and lets you set alarms on the device. The app's suggestions are informational and do not replace medical advice, professional care, or treatment for sleep disorders.

3. User responsibilities

When using Dozy, you agree to:

• use the app lawfully and in accordance with these terms;
• check that the alarm was configured correctly before relying on it;
• keep notifications, alarms, volume, and device permissions properly configured;
• not attempt to modify, copy, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the app in a way that harms third parties or 3Devs.

4. Alarms, permissions, and technical limitations

Alarm behavior depends on Android, the device model, battery level, power-saving settings, Do Not Disturb mode, volume, and the permissions you grant.

Although Dozy is designed to ring alarms reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device and scenario. We recommend not using the app as the only alert method for critical situations, emergencies, high-risk commitments, or medical needs.

5. Appropriate use of information

Sleep cycle calculations are approximations. Each person has a different routine, health condition, environment, and sleep quality. You are responsible for evaluating whether the suggestions make sense for your situation.

6. Intellectual property

The Dozy name, design, texts, code, visual elements, brands, logos, and other app components belong to 3Devs or their respective licensors. Use of the app does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Privacy

Data handling is explained in Dozy's Privacy Policy. It is part of these Terms of Use and should be read together with this document.

8. Updates and availability

We may change, suspend, remove, or update Dozy features at any time, especially to fix errors, improve security, meet legal requirements, or adapt the app to new operating system versions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3Devs will not be liable for losses, delays, missed commitments, alarm failures, device unavailability, incorrect settings, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use Dozy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. The update date at the top of the page will indicate the most recent version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
